Last updated at November 10th, 2020i had this issue initially. used the launcher to get into eve settings. cleared cache from both tabs and then ran online repair. lost all my presets, but was able to get back in after opening launcher again. hope that helps.

In this folder, go into the subfolder \bin, in here is a file called "ExeFile.exe", this is the actual game file, the launcher 'clicks' then you hit the big orange "PLAY" button.
