Hello MLPTB,. If you're using Skype for Windows 10 (UWP) version 12.13, please be informed that there's no option to set it to "automatically startup".However, i f you close your computer without signing out of the Skype, then on next computer boot, Skype will auto run in the background.. T o maximize Skype UWP you will just need to click on the application icon.
