Purple banners mean VEHCS may be used to issue the health certificate, but your USDA Endorsement Office’s digital endorsement is commodityspecific. - If your USDA Endorsement Office can digitally endorse, the AV will print the endorsed health certificate from VEHCS and provide it to the owner/broker to accompany the animal when shipped.
